Claremont McKenna College and the City of Claremont have reached a settlement agreement with Protect Our Neighborhoods, ending a harrowing lawsuit that has delayed construction on the Kravis Center and has threatened the building's planned completion date. 

Administration officials at CMC could not comment on terms of the agreement due to confidentiality agreements, but did say they made efforts to address the citizen group's concerns, which primarily revolved around parking.
